If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fatboy® LB, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Fatboy® LB must be contacted within 7 days after you have received your order at returns@fatboyusa.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
2. Within 48 hours you will receive a return authorization number for your return.
3. The product must be returned to Fatboy® LB in ‘as new’, unused, undamaged condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new’ condition, your account will not be refunded (no exceptions).
4. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Please include a copy of your original invoice, return authorization number, and form of original payment so we can process your refund quickly.
6. Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
7. A $19.95 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges which meet the return policy guidelines noted above. Note: On items with a purchase price of $500 or greater, a $49.95 restocking fee will be applied.
