If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fatboy® Lebanon, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Fatboy® Lebanon must be contacted within 3 days after you have received your order at info@flat-lb.com explaining the reason for the request to return.
2. The product must be returned to Fatboy® Lebanon in ‘as new’, unused, undamaged condition in its original packaging. If for any reason your product is not in ‘as new’ condition, your account will not be refunded (no exceptions).
3. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
